WMCAT features the best in collaborative learning environments, meeting spaces, event spaces, classrooms, and gallery/gathering areas. Proceeds from facility rentals support our mission to provide access to opportunity for young people and adults.

Large Spaces

Training Room

$150/hr

There are three projection screens, and it can accommodate up to 60 people at tables and 100 in row-style seating. The Training Room has two garage doors that can close for privacy or open into the Town Hall as a combined event space. The Training Room is suitable for meetings, staff retreats, training, workshops, and presentations.

Town Hall

$50/hr

The Town Hall area includes access to a standing height buffet island with open bar seating. It offers space for setting up catering and/or bar service without disrupting the activities taking place inside the Training Room. The café tables can be added to the Town Hall by request at no cost, if available during your rental time. This is the ideal space to host a small networking event, social, and other mixer.

Gathering Space

$250/hr

This gallery atmosphere, featuring rotating art exhibits, is an open floor plan and versatile with several windows allowing for natural lighting with capacity for 250 people for a cocktail-style event or up to 150 seated depending on set-up needs. It is equipped with audio visual equipment and a sound system. This space can also serve as an intimate concert setting. The Gathering Space is a great setting for a large meeting, reception, party, or gala.

Combination Space

$350/hr

The Combination Space includes the Gathering Space, Training Room, and Town Hall. Please see the above descriptions for more details on each space.

Meeting Rooms + Enclaves

Large Meeting Room

$75/hr

The Large Meeting Room is suitable for business meetings, staff retreats, training, and presentations. It can accommodate 8-10 people, has a split conference table, four monitors with connectivity for collaborative work or presentations, and a Polycom phone system for conference calls.

Small Meeting Room

$50/hr

The Small Meeting Room is suitable for smaller meetings and presentations. It can accommodate 3-4 people, has a small D-shaped conference table, two monitors with connectivity for collaborative work or presentations, and a Polycom phone system for conference calls.

Small Enclaves

$25/hr or $150/day per Enclave

Enclaves are perfect for conference calls, client meetings, small meetings, and solo work. WMCAT has a series of small, private rooms seating 1-3 people. Please call for details of each enclave, For TV use, please request upon booking.
