WMCAT is a nationally-recognized leader in creative youth development and adult workforce development. With a bias toward action and an unrelenting commitment to equity, we curate a place where teens and adults can elevate their voices and leverage their lived experiences to choose their own unique opportunity pathways. At the forefront of social innovation, WMCAT also operates two social enterprises that are good for clients, good for employees, and good for the community.

WMCAT at A Glance

WMCAT curates opportunities for teens, adults and families. Our Teen Arts + Tech Program engages students in elevating their voices, using creativity for social impact, and connecting arts and technology to career. The Adult Workforce Development Program gives adult learners a pathway to build sustained economic security through career training and personal leadership. WMCAT also operates two social enterprise businesses: Public Agency, a design thinking consultancy, and Ambrose, a commercial screen printing studio.
