Rosie Runals joined WMCAT in 2022 as Step Year program manager and transitioned to program manager of workforce development soon after. Prior to WMCAT, she worked as a youth development specialist at Bethany Christian Services, walking alongside teens and young adults navigating life during and after high school. Rosie earned an Associate of Social Work degree in 2021 from Grand Rapids Community College. She is currently a student at Grand Valley State University School of Social Work.
