Daytime Studios
Studio Experiences for Middle + High School Students
Daytime Studios offer field trips, workshops, and semester-long arts and technology experiences to middle and high school classrooms throughout West Michigan. Daytime Studios are either paid for by the schools/districts or supported with special grant funding to WMCAT.
Daytime Studios in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) combine grade-appropriate classroom STEM concepts with visual arts and digital media disciplines to engage 6-8th grade students in project-based learning. STEAM learning provides students the space and tools to approach learning with creativity and curiosity, deepening their understanding of classroom concepts.
