Navdeep Singh started at WMCAT in May of 2024 as Development + Events Associate. Prior to joining the fund development team at WMCAT, she worked at Khalsa Metal Products as an Administrative Manager for nearly 10 years gaining administrative and leadership experience. Navdeep developed her event planning and management skills, serving as the executive assistant at Tanya Lynnette Events and a Grand Rapids Junior Chamber member. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Grand Valley State University. Navdeep was a member of the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber for seven years, serving on the board as both secretary and fundraising director in her tenure. At the Junior Chamber, she also chaired events such as the Holiday Shopping Tour, Visionaries Inspire event, and Year End Gala. She received three awards from the GRJC, Project of the Year in 2016, Board Member of the Year in 2017, and Member of the Year in 2018.
