Kiara Conway joined WMCAT in 2022 as Design Associate for Public Agency at WMCAT. Kiara is an educator and servant leader who has over 8 years experience in mentoring, coaching, and advising in higher education. Prior to WMCAT, Kiara has worked as an academic advisor at Cornerstone University and Grand Valley State University as well as a success coach at Grand Rapids Community College. Kiara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University.
