Trudy Ngo-Brown is the Director of Creative Programs and leads a talented team to create dynamic, student-centered learning spaces for students to build their creative confidence and elevate their voice within our community. She has been with WMCAT since 2015 and has almost 20 years of combined experience in education as a K-adult classroom teacher, teacher educator, and education consultant. Prior to WMCAT, Trudy worked at Kent Intermediate School District in the areas of career and workforce readiness and English language learner education. She has also taught in Kentwood Public Schools, Chicago Public Schools, and in Japan. Trudy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas (Hook ’em!) and her Master of Education in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
