This position is responsible for ensuring quality design as it relates to community engagement, co-design, synthesis, ideation, project prototyping, and delivery of service. The director is responsible for the overall quality of services, trainings, project deliverables and business development. The director will oversee and support Public Agency staff as they plan, develop and deliver content, build a community of practice, and pursue the operational and fiscal health of the department.
