3D ANIMATION

3D ART + animation

create something new

Transform from a media consumer into a creator of digital worlds. Using Blender, the industry-leading open-source 3D suite, students will learn to build characters, design cinematic environments, and animate original creations. Explore 3D modeling, sculpting, rigging with digital skeletons, scene lighting, and virtual cinematography using cameras and focal lengths. Students will create a 2-minute animated short, taking a character or environment from concept sketch and script to a fully rendered HD video ready for portfolios or social media.
